What Every Administrator Wishes Teachers Knew

Show Notes:

Have you ever wondered what your school administrators wish you really knew? Or vice versa?

Do the decisions in your school’s leadership sometimes leave you feeling frustrated or confused?

In this episode of the Teacher Edition podcast, Jenny sits down with Matt Ticzkus — regional director, former administrator, and long-time advocate for Christian education — to pull back the curtain on the four things almost every administrator wishes their teachers really understood, including:

Why relationships — not just policies — drive the heart of every school

A simple principle for effective communication that transforms school culture

How understanding the vision of the school leads to trust and unity, even when you disagree

What to do if you struggle to trust your leadership, and why it matters

When biblical principles such as humility, unity, and teamwork are combined, it creates a thriving school community. No matter whether you are a teacher or administrator, this episode will encourage you to seek understanding, build confidence in leadership, and encourage others to focus on the bigger mission within your Christian school.

Every day in the classroom is YOUR day to impact and inspire through God's power and grace working in you.

Go do what God has called you to do!
